When something goes wrong, a short message shows above the bar, often with a code like SITE-04. Press Ctrl+Shift+L, or click the message, to open the error log, which keeps the last 200 entries.
Copy puts a report on your clipboard with Kovo's version and your system. Paste it into an email to [email protected]. Addresses in it are trimmed and your user name is left out.
If a site takes too long to load or never settles, try again, or turn the opener off. If the video can't be saved, close it in any app that has it open and export again. If a size is too big for the computer, try a smaller size or scale.
