Phones and tablets
Effects run on every device. To turn them off somewhere, add an attribute to the page's body: data-gl-devices="desktop" keeps them to desktops, and data-gl-media takes any CSS media query, like "(min-width: 600px)" to turn them off on phones. Those screens show the plain page, which still works fully.
